JOB TITLE: Fiber Plant Manager: FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: Site Leader SUMMARY: Plans, directs and controls all activities of AJ Nonwovens Fiber Extrusion operation consisting of 50 M pounds of fiber extrusion capacity with approx. 70 associates with 3 production team leads and full technical and maintenance staff on-site. This operation supports fiber requirements for AJNW operations and direct outside sales. Looking for a hands-on process focused and involved leader.
