As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the trusted technical expert and partner to our dealer customers who purchase and install Snap One products, with a primary focus on Control4 automation solutions. Reporting to the Sales Engineer Manager, you will provide high-level technical support, education, and hands-on assistance to help dealers design robust systems, avoid common pitfalls, fully leverage product capabilities, and drive incremental revenue — all while ensuring exceptional end-user experiences. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong relationship-building and presentation skills. You will thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, continually assessing dealer needs and delivering tailored guidance — both virtually and in-person.
