Job Description: The Manager - Physician Practices III, John Muir Health Physicians Practices (JMHPP) is a member of the operations and management team and works in collaboration with medical directors, physicians, practice staff, and the senior leadership team to ensure best practice operations within the ambulatory site(s) they manage. The Manager - Physician Practices III is responsible for managing high performing metric-driven practice with ten or more providers two or more practice locations . The Manager - Physician Practices III measures the success of practice performance by comparing financial, operational, and clinical performance metrics against benchmarks identified by the JMHPP leadership team. The Manager - Physician Practices III is also responsible for implementing course correction activities to improve practice performance when necessary.
