Company: Guy Carpenter Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Seattle, Edina, New York, or Philadelphia . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is responsible for handling the full lifecycle of reinsurance contracts—drafting language, initiating transmittals, and coordinating execution—while building broker and client relationships and handling inquiries. Utilizing Guy Carpenter’s AI-assisted tool for contract analysis, mentor new hires through the Contract Drafter Academy, and lead or support projects to develop training and workflow tools that improve team efficiency and accuracy. We will count on you to: Manage the full lifecycle of reinsurance contracts for assigned accounts: draft contract language to reflect negotiated intent, initiate transmittals, and coordinate execution of final documentation. Serve as primary liaison to reinsurance brokers and clients, addressing contract-related inquiries and building strong relationships.
