What We're Looking For Supports senior personnel with installing, supporting and performing upgrades to new and existing servers and telecommunications systems. Installs system software and performs updates to operating systems and firmware. Create user accounts and perform password resets. Help troubleshoot connectivity issues for local users and remote users connecting through the VPN. Work with senior personnel to support fiber/copper infrastructure and telecommunications systems in the field.
