BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Bonus Plan Eligible AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to be located in Kankakee, IL. $120,000 - $140,000, exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager provides strategic direction, hands‑on leadership, and on‑call support to minimize downtime, ensure regulatory compliance, and support uninterrupted business operations at all times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. JOB DUTIES: - Be a role model for safety. Promote a zero-injury safety culture and find ways to continuously improve safety culture in the workplace. - Actively engage with the plant leadership team in support of the company and plants strategic initiatives including enhancement, ongoing implementation and general oversight of effective maintenance systems that ensure all manufacturing equipment performs to its maximum capacity at lowest cost. - Provide effective leadership and supervision of the maintenance exempt and hourly workforce, including performance management (recognition and accountability), communication, and employee relations to drive up-time, reliabil...
