In this role, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of the Operations Center Land and ensure that shipments move efficiently, with high quality and according to plan through the network. You get it done: Within the Operations Center Land, operations, service and international collaboration come together. You ensure that processes run smoothly and teams perform at their best : you’re on it. How do you do this? By managing and continuously improving the operational and administrative processes within the Operations Center Land. In this role, you are ultimately responsible for the efficient and high-quality handling of international shipments within the European network. You monitor the progress of import and export processes, including bookings, customs documentation and administrative handling, ensuring these are carried out in accordance with guidelines, procedures and quality standards.
