The opportunity: The Mercury Support Team (MST) is a centralized organization that provides operational support for the SAP-centric platform (Mercury) and manages the Mercury user community. MST plays a governance role in the global Mercury solution and collaborates with the business to realize the benefits and set the future technology roadmap. Within MST the MDM APM manages and ensures adherence to the product management and process controls framework for the Mercury Support Team (MST). The MDM APM works closely with cross organizational teams to facilitate the Product management of Master Data Management (MDM) as it relates to the maintenance of the Firm’s Master Data.
