1099 Position- Mon-Fri (20 hours minimum between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm and remote only appointments 5pm-8pm for families and Youth Mon-Thurs) **Looking for qualified candidates to work with both Adult and Children** We are a dynamic team who values collaboration and utilizes a team approach to create a supportive and positive work environment. Please see below for detailed descriptions and responsibilities: - Provide service based on individualized treatment plans including but not limited to Individual Therapy; Family Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other modalities of treatment best suited to clinical need of each individual. - Develop individual treatment plan with each assigned consumer in conjunction with Psychiatrist and other members of the treatment team utilizing evidenced based practices/interventions and structured tools in accordance with the individuals needs. - Maintain the documentation in record/chart of consumers in assigned caseload that is necessary to meet County, State Regulatory and agency Standards.
