PeopleSoft – HCM Developer (Remote)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer: to support a mission-critical government program. You will design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications, focusing on secure, scalable, and compliant software solutions. The role involves supporting system integration, data conversions, reporting, and PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and system architecture, with a proven ability to deliver in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop PeopleSoft HCM components including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements Lead the technical solution design and implementation through the full lifecycle of PeopleSoft projects Create and maintain functional and technical design documentation Perform unit testing, issue resolution, and system integration testing Translate business challenges into effective technical solutions Develop and execute complex SQL queries and custom modules Conduct vulnerability research and penetration testing for secure application design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, patches,...
