Description Role Summary: The Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager primarily provides project coordination and PMO support across the portfolio. The role focuses on governance, reporting, purchasing support, system/data hygiene, and documentation control, while also supporting basic project management activities (planning support, tracking, risk/issue logging, and driving follow-ups) for assigned initiatives. This position ensures process compliance in internal systems, drives timely budget and purchasing approvals, maintains accurate project documentation, and communicates consolidated status to stakeholders while partnering cross-functionally with PMs, SCM, Finance, and Vendor Management.
