You will spend time getting to know fellowship directors, faculty and fellows themselves, understanding their goals, their clinical exposure and how Smith+Nephew can support their development.You will maintain and refine detailed profiles of each programme in your region, keeping track of who is training where, who is preparing to graduate and which technologies they have been exposed to.
