Skilled Maintenance Worker Job Description: Skilled Maintenance Worker assembles, repairs and Pms various types of furniture, small appliances and equipment. Repairs minor utility system components and performs duties required to complete the Pms in compliance with department established PM program procedures, utilizing diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, blueprints and manufacturer’s specifications using hand and power tools and various measurements and test instruments. Along with performing electrical, plumbing HVAC and carpentry duties received through the work order process. Day shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Pay based on experience starting at $16.94 Responsibilities: Acts as security officer by responding quickly and efficiently to emergent situations and notifying police as needed, etc., Assists or performs record keeping duties as required to maintain compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
