Job Summary Uses sales and operations processes, tools, and methodologies to analyze, improve, and recommend demand forecasts and enhancements for high volume and complex product categories. Provides actionable data analyses to support business cases for demand plans using data-driven methods. Serves as a mentor for other individual contributors on the team. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Develops and executes forecasts to support the enterprise sales and operations planning process for all high volume and complex categories across all business segments and sales verticals. - Executes demand planning for specific product categories, including creating repeatable processes and developing one-off and recurring demand analytics. Delivers the total demand forecasts. - Participates in onboarding and mentoring new associates. Performs check-ins and determines readiness and training needs. - Leads small teams in periodic special projects that require analytics and strategy. - Measures, analyzes, and improves forecast accuracy with segment-specific corrective actions, process enhancements, and JDA system enhancements.
