Job Description Summary Position: Production Engineering Location: Predominantly based in Hamburg , with international travel required. Type: On-site with potential offshore work. Job Description: Tasks: Ensure safe and efficient wind turbine (WTG) operations by improving preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Develop standardized technical solutions in collaboration with customers to meet SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) targets. Support GE Vernova’s Lean initiatives by identifying process improvements and increase the efficiency. Facilitate technical queries from customers to GEV Engineering (FPM) to ensure exceptional customer service. Manage and streamline documentation processes, including approvals and coordination with engineering teams. Prepare Maintenance Instructions and Troubleshooting Guides for operational deployment, including safety, parts and tool requirements. Support alarm-handling feedback to standardize and enhance corrective maintenance procedures. Promote safe systems of work, including LV/HV procedures and Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR).
