About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Sales Training Coordinator to support the Sales Training team in the UK. The successful candidate will need to have good attention to detail and time management skills whilst being able to work in an adaptable and fast paced environment. To support these skills, we require someone with excellent communication skills as we work with our stores in the UK and Northern Ireland, to provide them with useful and reliable training support About the UK Sales Training Team: Our department is responsible for providing high quality, engaging product and sales training to ensure that a consistently exceptional customer experience is delivered by our retailer network. Training is delivered face-to-face, virtually and via video guides. We have also created a 2-day induction training event called the Dream Builder Programme which requires extensive planning and execution. Your role will play a key part in assisting to keep this department fluid and successful as we continue to grow through this year.
