What you get to do: As a Host or Hostess for Guest Services at Discovery Cove , you’ll provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Your positive attitude and can-do spirit will make all the difference as you help create positive, lasting memories for our guests. You will: - Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions and resolving guest issues - Perform guest laundry tasks such as loading/unloading washers and dryers, folding towels, and preparing wetsuits and gear bags - Facilitate an organized traffic flow of both guests and their vehicles - Adhere to safety policies - Deliver park orientation spiels to large groups of guests - Distribute lockers, gear bags, and wetsuits to gue...
