Group Head of Compliance

About the role Are you looking to work with a growing multinational, fast paced organisation? If so, then this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone to Head our Group Compliance team, based in our Dublin office (hybrid), who will act in the capacity of the second line of defence for the Monument Re Group. The role will support the Group Chief Risk Officer in providing, to our regional compliance colleagues, advice/guidance, and oversight. This is not a regulatory approved role and has three direct reports. Responsibilities: - Working with our regional Heads of Compliance and colleagues, oversee the Group’s compliance framework ensuring it is sufficient to fully meet relevant legislation / regulations in the countries in which we operate and to oversee the effective operation of the same (the Regional Heads of Compliance have local reporting lines); - Act as a central point of contact for Monument’s regional Compliance functions, businesses and Group functions for compliance related queries by providing timely advice / guidance / support; - Be responsible for the development and achievement of the annual Group Compliance team’s plan, including assurance work;...
