Job description

Location: Upper Darby, PA Pay Rate: $30-36/hour Billable; Non-billable $15/hour What You'll Do: - Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients. - Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. - Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and substance abuse treatment services as clinically appropriate. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. - Collaborate with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and client support systems to coordinate care. - Participate in staff meetings, peer supervision, agency committees, and program development initiatives. - Maintain professional licensure/certification standards while providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
