Description We are currently seeking an upbeat, part-time or full-time AM + PM Food & Beverage Attendant for our newly renovated property! This is a tipped position. Come join an incredible hospitality team at the Sheraton Needham Hotel. · Responsible for Room Service Orders from guests including but not limited to answering the phone, placing the order in MIRCOS, delivering the food to guest rooms and retrieving trash, empty bag from the room. Must answer department telephone using proper telephone etiquette. · Per Needham, MA regulations, identification must be checked for all guests who appear to be under the age of 45 years of age. This applies to purchasing alcohol at the Grab and Go, Restaurant, and Club Lounge, if alcohol is available. · Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. allergies, preferences of coffee, dairy etc.) Must input all items utilizing MICROS point of sale system. · Prepare and serve beverages i.e. coffee, lattes etc. following recipes and per guests’ requests.
