Title: Executive Director Reports To: Board of Directors Location: Attleboro, MA (Remote) Salary: $72,000 (80% time, 32ish hours a week) THRIVE Downtown Attleboro is a non-profit Community Development Corporation designed to grow and maintain a network of creative economy stakeholders in the city of Attleboro, MA’s downtown. Our initiatives reinforce the city’s hands-on maker character with inclusive creative programs, outreach and training, as we forge lasting partnerships within the greater Attleboro community. THRIVE Downtown Attleboro is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to amplify and nurture the creative economy and cultural life of downtown Attleboro. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively, lead teams, and operate independently while utilizing strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills. This is a hands-on, build-and-grow leadership role ideal for someone excited to shape and scale a developing organization. They are expected to roll up their sleeves and view all challenges as opportunities.
