Join us in shaping the future of HR across Retail at ING Netherlands! As an HRBP Retail Intern , you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives that directly impact our Retail organisation in the Netherlands. You’ll work on strategic projects spanning various Retail domains, a llowing you to dive deep and take ownership. You will also support the team with business-as-usual activities, such as preparing materials, supporting stakeholder communication, or contributing to ongoing people initiatives. This gives you a broad experience of working in HR. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands - on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, strategic HR delivery, and content creation . You’ll contribute to meaningful work, learn from experienced HR Business Partners, and help bring clarity and momentum to projects that matter .
