Job description

Location: West Michigan Rubber 767 W Hackley Ave Muskegon, MI 49441 Hours Required: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM General Summary: Performs core warehouse functions (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping) and manufactures hose assemblies. Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, material handling equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and procedures. Essential Job Functions: Inventory Management - Performs cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy - Conducts stock replenishment by moving products to pick locations - Maintains proper storage organization to optimize warehouse efficiency - Reports inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisor Assembly Operations: - Assembles and tests high- and low-pressure hose assemblies according to specifications - Inspects assemblies for quality and completeness before delivery - Tests assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and safety standards Warehouse Operations & Safety: - Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations - Maintains w...
