Communications Manager, Physician Relations

Job description

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, developing marketing and/or communication for internal and/or external audiences and channels, and demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the team's and department's activities and priorities. This position provides mentorship and training to teammates and partners with department management on system wide strategic program planning initiatives that align with the priorities of Seattle Children's hospital, research institute and foundation. This work involves initiating, developing, coordinating, implementing and/or evaluating marketing and/or communication plans related to these projects and initiatives. Other responsibilities include: providing marketing and/or communications consultation and support to leaders, communications staff, clients and work teams for projects and initiatives that span multiple audiences and vehicles; advanced project management skills are required.
