Thanks to the local presence, Akiem challenge is to maintain and continue the development of its major position in the Central European market. To support and strengthen our position in the Central European market, we are looking for a Customer Contract Manager Central Europe to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Akiem’s leasing contracts for a dedicated customer portfolio across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. You will ensure the successful implementation and lifecycle management of locomotive leasing contracts, from the pre-signature phase, including contract verification, through to the return and post-redelivery of the rolling stock to Akiem. YOUR TASKS: - You manage locomotive leasing contracts throughout their full lifecycle, from pre-signature and contract verification to the return and post-redelivery of the rolling stock - You monitor technical, financial, commercial, safety, and maintenance KPIs, ensuring contractual compliance, profitability, and positive leasing margins - You act as the main point of contact for customers in full-service contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and leading all customer care topics - You coo...
