As the District Vice President (DVP), you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformational change in our Southwest Ontario District. Key district in Ontario Region with 15 branches across a large geographic area (Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham markets). Given these are market leader roles, candidate to live in the market area. Your primary focus will be on retail and business banking branch teams, where you will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high-quality sales activities, deepen customer relationships, and foster engagement and accountability across the branch network. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our financial and non-financial goals, enhancing customer service, optimizing human resource management, and improving operational effectiveness.
