Location: Utrecht, Netherlands Role Overview: An experienced Quartermaster is required to lead the transition toward a newly structured IPM (Information and Process Management) department within the social domain. The role focuses on establishing a unified, well-functioning department by consolidating dispersed teams, aligning ways of working, and preparing for a smooth handover to a permanent department head.
