Start Rate: $15.00/hour (Shift Differential available will discuss in interview) | Full-Time | 3rd Shift & 2nd Shifts Available Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Deep Clean Technician is tasked with cleaning that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning and scrubbing operations. You will report to the EVS or Pool Supervisors, Shift Managers, or EVS Manager on duty. Primary Tasks: 1. You will operate industrial cleaning equipment: Floor Scrubbers, shampooers, vacuums, power washes, sweepers, buffers, steam cleaners, escalator cleaners, and single- and two-person lifts. 2. Perform heavy duty cleaning such as cleaning floors or deck areas, washing walls, cleaning fabrics (rugs, cushions, carpets, etc.), washing walls, and removing rubbish. 3. You will repair of cleaning equipment, tools, and lift. 4. Follow approved cleaning practices with proper chemicals within MSDS guidelines. 5. High Work: remove dust and cobwebs from vents, ceiling tiles, signs, ledges, fixtures, windows, wall hangings, and light fixtures.
