The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in data analytics and reporting, combined with strategic planning and development skills. They will have expertise in Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HR data. They will be self-motivated and results-oriented, who can work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. They will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to see the larger picture and understand how their work fits into the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
