Job description

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Cooper Surgical R&D Software Development team, you will assume a technical leadership role in designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting customer-facing software products. This role involves hands-on development, architectural design, and driving engineering best practices across distributed systems, microservices, and multiple integrated applications. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, contribute to technical strategy, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
