JOB SUMMARY: The Network Engineer, functioning as a subject matter expert, oversees multiple property networks with a focus on high availability and continuous service improvement. Responsibilities include solution development, design, engineering, integration, operation, and escalation support for property LAN, WLAN, and WAN services. This role guides workgroups, resolves complex service requests, and manages CAPEX projects within time and budget constraints. Reporting to the Director of Hotel Technology, the position verifies overall requirements are met for continent IT executives, LAN service providers, end-user computing services, hosting services, and enterprise availability. The Network Engineer provides technical engagement throughout the infrastructure lifecycle, executing initiatives to simplify, standardize, optimize, and automate network designs, tooling, and operations to meet security and compliance requirements.
