The Team + The Role Pendo’s Finance organization supports the company’s growth, scale, and operational discipline across global teams. The team partners closely with Revenue, People, and business leaders to build reliable programs, reporting, and processes that help Pendo operate with clarity and confidence. The Sr. Incentive Compensation Analyst will support the development, delivery, and execution of Pendo’s incentive compensation plans. This role owns accurate commission calculations, plan administration support, reporting, and analysis while serving as a key point of contact for the Sales organization on compensation-related questions. This role is based in our Raleigh office. What this looks like day-to-day: - Commission calculations: Calculate monthly and quarterly commission payments for participants on variable compensation plans and submit accurate reports to payroll. Maintain a trackable record of commission payments and supporting data. - Plan communication: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires.
