THE OPPORTUNITY: Dillard’s is looking for an experienced Front End Developer who is highly motivated and technical and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. As our ideal candidate, you will be well-versed in React and able to solve complex user experience problems for Dillard’s e-commerce website. You will also be able to easily step into an agile environment that includes working closely with Business Analysts, QAs, and other developers supporting projects. Soon, the site will be replacing React with Next JS. THE TEAM: In this role, you will work with a large team of developers responsible for all the code development and quality assurance for the www.dillards.com website. This team also supports a few other in-house applications that business teams use to manage the content and products on the website. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Develop and maintain applications primarily in React, JavaScript, and CSS. - Collaborate with other team members as well as members of other business teams to ensure we deliver the best possible product. - Research problems, make accurate code changes promptly, test all changes, and then follow up to ensure the desired results are achieved. - Learn the bus...
