In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed research on zoning regulations, land use ordinances, and municipal codes to support zoning compliance reports, development projects, and due diligence reviews. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex zoning and planning documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
