For experienced refrigerated containers and reefer unit technicians, this role is about passing down the knowledge that keeps people safe and equipment moving. You’ll work directly with students and systems, turning real experience into real capability. Location & Travel: - Charleston, SC primary location - M-F schedule - Travel required: Up to 50% regional travel to support training locations What You’ll Do: - Teach hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of refrigerated containers and transport refrigeration systems - Demonstrate real‑world diagnostics, safe work practices, and best‑in‑field standards Train students on systems including: - Refrigerant cycle including compressors, condensers, evaporators - Refrigeration controls and basic electrical diagnostics - Diesel‑powered generator systems - Coach students through live tasks and skill development - Track progress and provide clear, practical feedback - Help keep labs and equipment safe, org...
