Your Impact As Head of Engineering , you’ll provide strategic and technical leadership across Asahi Beverages’ multi‑site Supply Chain network, shaping how our engineering function supports safety, reliability, sustainability and long‑term growth. This is a highly influential role, accountable for engineering strategy, asset management and governance across manufacturing, utilities, automation, maintenance, reliability and capital investment. You’ll work closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, Finance and Project Delivery to ensure our assets are safe, compliant, resilient and future‑ready - while leading the development and delivery of our Supply Chain sustainability roadmap. You’ll also build and lead a high‑performing engineering leadership team, creating strong standards, capability and ways of working across the business.
