About the job: The Team Leader will be responsible for assisting with planning and overseeing Therapeutic Recreation programs designed for youth, teens and adults with Developmental or Intellectual Disabilities as well providing inclusion support in a variety of district programs. This Summer lead position will help largely with the adults programs. You will be interacting with participants, facilitating activities and providing safe and rewarding opportunities for participants with special needs in the community. A day in the life: - Provides leadership, expertise and support to assigned staff which may include training, mentoring, directing and assigning work.
