Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail‑oriented Credentialing Analyst to support and manage medical and associate staff privileging criteria across the organization. This role plays a vital part in ensuring provider qualifications, privileges, and regulatory compliance align with organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety priorities. Key Responsibilities Include: Review, evaluate, and maintain privilege criteria for medical and associate staff in collaboration with clinical leaders and Medical Staff leadership. Analyze provider privilege requests to ensure alignment with approved criteria, training, experience, and competency requirements. Support the development, revision, and standardization of privilege delineation forms and criteria across specialties. Ensure privileging processes comply with regulatory, accrediting, and organizational standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, state regulations).
