About the opportunity: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Succession Lawyer with at least 6 years post-admission experience to join our Private Clients and Taxation team. Working alongside leading practitioners in the succession field, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in a variety of matters related to succession planning (both business and personal), trust law, probate, administration of complex estates and family provision disputes. You will work with individual clients from diverse backgrounds, including high net wealth private clients and business owners, large farming families, business enterprises and private charitable foundations.
