Sr. DFM & GDT Lead

Position Summary: Tuuci is seeking an experienced Sr. DFM and GD&T Lead to ensure products transition from engineering design into accurate, manufacturable, production-ready documentation. This role owns production 3D models, cut lists, and exploded assembly documents; leads DFM/DFA reviews; validates GD&T and tolerance stack-ups; owns DFMEA; and serves as the primary liaison between Tuuci’s U.S. engineering team and the Tuuci Asia Engineering team. This role is critical to translating design engineering intent into documentation the factory can build right the first time. The ideal candidate combines deep GD&T expertise, strong DFM discipline, and the ability to drive documentation quality, standardization, and cross-functional alignment. Location & Reporting Relationships: This position is based in Miami, FL and reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager within the Manufacturing Engineering team.
