Description Automation / Electrical Controls Technician: JOB SUMMARY: This individual will play a critical hands-on role in troubleshooting and maintaining the electrical power and control systems of production equipment. Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled electrical/electronic support to all areas of Manufacturing Requirements: - Knowledge of Electrical Systems and Wiring [including 120/480 Volts] - Perform Troubleshooting, Preventive, and Ongoing Maintenance for Production Lines including Electrical Repairs, Replace Components such as: Motors and Motor Drives, Pumps, Sensors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Transmissions, Make Adjustments keeping in mind Quality, Tolerances, and Order of Operations. - Ability to Work Safely and Independently while Troubleshooting and Repairing Electrical and Controls Problems on all Equipment in Assigned Department. - Build and Modify Existing Electrical Controls Systems for Production Equipm...
