Let's talk about the role. It involves: - Preparing and filing approx. 60 sets of statutory accounts for the Group’s subsidiaries in CaseWare. - Working with tax advisors, BDO, to prepare and file annual tax returns. - Undertaking monthly balance sheet analysis with support from finance business partners and providing commentary. - Support on acquisitions from a finance and tax perspective, reviewing completion accounts and resolving matters with the venders until approval and handover to the management accounting team. - Supporting the annual audit process around technical accounting matters including purchase price-accounting and fair value adjustments to acquisition balance sheets - Drive finance sy...
