Intro The Senior Manager, IT Engineering will play a critical leadership role in powering our Loyalty platform—the engine behind how we recognize and care for our most valued customers. This role leads an experienced engineering team responsible for delivering and supporting an Oracle Siebel–based solution that underpins the AAdvantage® program, Sales capabilities, Admirals Club operations, and Customer Relations services.
