Overview: Job Summary: This position is responsible for strategic and operational ownership of the ServiceNow platform at HealthEquity, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, integrations, and platform governance. The role leads ServiceNow engineering, delivery execution, and vendor management while ensuring platform stability, scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
