Why This Role Matters: As a Maintenance Technician I , you are the foundation of the maintenance team. You support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance. Compensation : $23 - $25/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn renewal bonuses! Schedule : Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus participation in emergency on-call rotation.
