The Role: We are hiring a Mechanical Engineering Intern to work on real, high-impact problems within the Process & Plant Engineering team. You will contribute directly to our Deep Sea Nodule Refining Pilot Plant project, working closely with engineers and domain experts. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience building and shipping solutions , not just supporting tasks. What You’ll Do: Assist with mechanical design and specification of equipment for a multi-metal pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical pilot plant, including vessels, pumps, heat exchangers, and material handling systems Support preparation of equipment datasheets, procurement packages, and vendor drawing reviews Assist with physical installation activities on-site, including layout coordination, alignment checks, and interfacing with fabrication and construct...
