Business Manager - Laboratory Client Services - ( 2602721 ) Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides information and analysis in an administrative, financial, and professional capacity by assisting department leadership in organizational development, benchmarking, operational reporting, scorecards, management reporting, performance management, measuring trends, budgeting, cost analysis, and other in depth financial and operational analysis activities. Responsible for the implementation of process improvement in the areas of Finance and Administrative processes. Scope: Department-wide: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of business-related experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in Business or relevant field is preferred. Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine is desirable. - Laboratory operations experience and familiarity with EPIC Beaker strongly preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with knowledge of AI tools and technologies preferred.
