The Role: This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role on our Technical Account Management team. You'll oversee campaign delivery operations across paid channels, own the team's tracking and measurement capabilities, and serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges — internally and with clients and vendors. Equally important: you'll be responsible for how this team works. That means defining processes, mentoring junior members, coordinating with offshore support, and actively integrating AI tools into daily operations to make everything sharper and faster.
