Reports to : Director of Product and Engineering Role Overview: The Data & Analytics Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality operational and analytical reporting across the organization’s HRIS ecosystem, with PrismHR Report Center as the core data source. This role focuses on transforming complex HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance data into accurate, actionable insights for internal teams and external clients through SQL based reporting, Report Center, and Power BI dashboards. In this role, you will serve as the primary reporting and data subject matter expert for PrismHR, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Technology teams to understand business and regulatory reporting requirements. You will translate those requirements into scalable reports, dashboards, and data models that support decision making, operational efficiency, and client needs.
