Overview AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Construction Defect Claims Manager. This leader will supervise a team of non-complex severity Construction Defect claim specialists, providing day-to-day direction and oversight. Supervision duties include the technical development of the adjusters and their claim files, including coverage, liability investigation, development and evaluation of damages, settlement/resolution strategy and litigation management. These claims arise in various jurisdictions throughout the country. This role follows a hybrid work model , requiring 4 days per week on‑site and 1 day remote . To support team collaboration and business needs, preference will be given to candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our approved office locations listed below.
